What happens when I contact Peaceful Loving Home?
Once you have made the brave decision to contact us, we will email you a questionnaire. This will give us an opportunity to get to know you and understand your needs more. It will also give us a better idea of what to focus on.You will then email it back to us prior to the initial consultation or session.We can also discuss your questions over the phone.
What can I expect during the initial consultation and a session?
It is recommended to free your schedule during our visits.
The initial consultation takes approximately 1.5 hours. The aim is to get familiar with your home and give you an insight and advice on some of the areas that you would like to work on. It is ideal for someone who would like to receive an advice or tips from professional organiser but is happy to implement the changes on his or her own. We do offer a discount for the initial consultation if you book a session with us so it is win win situation either way. Please note that you can book the session straight away without the initial consultation if you are eager to start.
You will receive a Peaceful Loving Home journal which will outline room by room. You can record your progress. You will also have an opportunity to list your new ideas as well as read various tips for your home.
During our session will be working aside with you. Depending on your priority area it may involve a combination of tasks such as sorting, categorising, recycling, filling or storing. Together, we will develop a plan which will help youachieve your goal.
How long will it take to make my home clutter free?
There are many factors involved in the timing matter. The length of time for each room varies depending on the size and the situation. Our estimated time is anywhere between 3 hours and several days. Usually, you will see progress already after few hours. We always work on one area at the time. During the session, we will be working with your existing furniture and storage. However, additional items may need to be purchased in order to maximise the existing storage space. We will make recommendations to our best ability. You can then purchase the items or we can order it on your behalf.

What are your terms and conditions?
We will arrive on the agreed day and time. If you need to reschedule or cancel agreed appointment time, it is your responsibility to contact us with any amendments.
Peaceful Loving Home requires a full payment for all services prior to or on the day of the session. The acceptable forms of payments are: cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Alternatively, you can use Paypal.
Cancellation of a confirmed appointment with less than 48 hour’s notice will be billed at 50 percent of the agreed-upon rate.
Can I purchase Peaceful Loving Home gift certificate?

Do you collect the rubbish or unwanted items?
Removal of recyclable items and rubbish are the clients’ responsibility. However we can assist in organising a rubbish removal company or a charity organisation who can pick up most of the unwanted items.
Do you offer maintenance sessions on regular basis?
Yes, we do. Although, our services are focused on self-sufficiency and the customer being able to maintaining clutter- free home. We understand that sometimes it is just impossible for whatever reason. This service is for very busy individuals who just don't have enough hours in a day to stay on the top of things or who prefer us to help on regular basis.
